1. Definitions

2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and banking relationship with Indonesian financial institutions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or supported e-wallet providers).
4. Account Limitation: You may register and maintain only ONE account on the amaljp platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5. Self-Exclusion Compliance: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or restricted from gambling activities by court order, regulatory body, or voluntary exclusion program.
6. Financial Responsibility: You must use only funds that you legally own and have the right to use for gambling purposes. Funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud are strictly prohibited.

By registering an account with amaljp, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on amaljp, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including:

4.2 KYC Verification

• Proof of bank account ownership (bank statement or mobile banking screenshot showing account holder name and account number)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation

4.3 Account Security Obligations

amaljp is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security or unauthorized access resulting from disclosure of your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposit transactions typically reflect in your account balance within 2-10 minutes depending on payment method and banking system processing times.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Any other activity deemed to exploit bonus terms in bad faith

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All users must engage in fair play and sporting conduct. The following activities constitute prohibited behavior:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities
• Manipulation of game outcomes through any technical means
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or support staff

Violation of fair play standards will result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential permanent ban from the platform.

7.2 Game Rules and Results

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. amaljp is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime or service interruptions.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amaljp's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

8.3 Third-Party Services

amaljp integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetErt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), and banking partners. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues arising from these third-party services beyond our direct control.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Grounds for Termination

amaljp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• You are found to operate multiple accounts

9.2 Effects of Termination

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

References to Indonesian market context, currency (IDR), and payment systems do not imply that these terms are governed by Indonesian domestic law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation against amaljp.
